Kids Who Bully Twice as Likely to Have Sleep Problems: U of Michigan Study

Kids who are aggressive to their peers or who get into trouble at school are also more likely to experience sleep-related problems such as daytime sleepiness and sleep-disordered breathing. That's what a group of researchers from the University of Michigan are reporting in a study published in the journal Sleep Medicine last month. The researchers concluded that lack of sleep may interfere with with emotional control, resulting in increased incidents of aggression.
